How would you rate your dealer ? Vote

Alot of members have been complaining of their dealers so i posted a poll to see what everyone feels.

I will go first since i posted this thread. My experience was really bad!! I was bumped back the waiting list from #2 to #3 but the dealer said No!, i was #4 and they bumped me ahead to #3 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Can you believe this ?????

I was ripped off when i traded my M3 for the M5 although they knew all along that i was planning on trading it in and the only reason i bought it was because i couldn't be without a car till the beast arrives a year later and the car was in flawless condition.

They treated me like a king till i bought the car....It was down hill after i had made my cash payment!!!!!

Chambers You Su*k !!!

I gave a rating of good, but I am very hesitant. I bought two cars from him (M5 and X5), the problem was my M5 experience was good, but the X5 experience was pretty bad. They tried to raise the price on me for the X5 (above msrp). First off, I am doing them the favor of paying msrp, i never do.

It has been a year now, and I leve the salesman messages every week to get my paperwork for the driving experience through, and he not done so yet.. You guys got any suggestions on how to make hijm do it?

Nah boss, not Herb Chambers, but I have had my experiences with them when I owned a 540. They once ran another car into my rear door. They promised to get me a new door, but then they ended up Bondo-ing it. Them bastards.

My dealership was JMK in New Jersey. If you guys are reading this, I want to go to the driving experience!!

Hey BostonRocket... Call SSSI (Sales Support Services, Inc) @ 877-99M-5999. They should be able to get you setup. By the way, that's the same number that your salesman hasn't been calling.

Yup. If that doesn't work let me know... I think that I have the contact info for one of the people who actually does the scheduling.

Outstanding, I bought 2 bimmers from my dealer ('99 M3 and '01 M5). I could go on for hours, but they treated me right and I'm a customer for a long long time!!!

My dealer was so bad that bmw actually took license from them... ... now they're closing ... i have dealt with them only once , they installed me some alarms and other anti-theft devices in a 325 i had a couple years ago and week after that my car was stolen , but luckily the cops found the thiev and he was an employee from that dealer.. can you belive this? Anyway the car wasn't usable anymore , because they took engine out of it , they took wheels , they took most of the stuff from interior etc.
Bastards!
