Angel Eye LED/Bulb from Ebay

Has anyone tried these http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/BMW-H...QQcmdZViewItem
or one of the other similar that other ebay sellers have?
I just upgraded to Angel Eyes, and dont want to spend $200++ on the Umnitza or AngelIBrights, etc...

My main goal is to get the Angel Eyes to closer match the headlights... What temp is needed? Will the Umnitza color match fog lights (or other brand) actually match? Or is a HID upgrade required for them?

Thanks!
Matt

Looking at the product packaging picture (blue box etc) I suspect they are the same as the ones I fitted recently.

Matt-
The link you posted indicated those angel eyes are 7000K and I believe stock headlights are around 4300K so they will be closer to the violet end of the spectrum.

SeeSure, any idea what the ones you have are rated at for brightness temp?

ECB, thanks, I couldnt remember what stock was... I think they would look better then stock either way.

These are 6000k http://onspire.com/Luxer_LED/BMW_LED...White_Auto.jpg for $116 shipped

Just looked at Umnitzas website, they show theirs are 6500K...

The information on the box is almost exactly the same as the e-bay product information with the exception that the actual box says :

"4. High brightness. Up to 7000k color temperature"

They were easy to fit straight plug and play on my lights (face lifted car). No cutting, splicing or anything. The box did contain a mini CD-ROM showing how to change them on a E60 which did need the lights taking out.

Manufacturer /supplier is a company called "Zenyo", I have had a look at their WWW site and the seem to offer a lot of part replacements for BMWs. http://www.xenon.com.cn/products.asp...hicle-Lighting

Actually, our product is the only one that I know of that uses 5W.
So you may want to look into it, it's only $149 + $16 shipping.

But when purchased together with a Fog HID kit, you pay only $266 shipped for both.

I can't find this on the site... can you supply a link or more info to get to the Fog HID kit?

Thanks

Just bought some zenyo LED bulbs from eBay, $69 shipped.
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/BMW-H...spagenameZWDVW

The lights were any easy install on my E39, about 10 minutes. The connectors were a little tight, but fit in the OEM harness with some pushing.

I measured the current on one 0.23 Amps @ 12.5 Volts =2.875 Watts.

Pretty close to 3 watts.

The color is the same as the xenon low beams, so it must around 4300 K.

I am very happy with the quality, color, brightness and price.

Umnitza, thanks. Your website didn't show pictures of the Predator ICE so I didn't realize it was what I needed, I just saw the PIAA part at $200...

Scott, thanks for the reply. Any pics on car?
I have some thinking to do... The $266 deal sounds like a good deal to me... Will have to wait until I have a job again though..

Thanks guys!
Matt
