I've been lurking for a few years now and I guess it's time I finally drop the hammer and pick up an E39 M5. I remember reading through these boards before the E60 M5 was even released. Anyways, great mandatory read. I look forward to being an active member now and I hope I can keep things civil and productive.

Excellent forum Gustav and company! I've been a long time ///M enthusiast (own an e36 M3 now) and I am hopefully very close to getting an e39 M5. This site has been a wealth of knowledge for me while hunting for the right M5 for the past 8 months or so.
