As the gentleman above you said, the rear tires tend to wear rather quickly on their inner edges due to the extreme negative camber. What you saved on an alignment will be spent on new tires in no time at all

The one thing you can do to prolong the life of the tires (other than adjusting the rear camber to a less negative position, which will influence handling) is to have the two rear tires swapped every few thousand miles. This doesn't involve just putting the left wheel on the right side and vice versa, but rather having each rear tire removed from it's rim and then moved to the other side of the car, maintaining the directional rotation of the tire.
That will even out the wear somewhat by way of making what was the inside edge of the tire the outside edge, etc. If you do this every 5,000 miles or so you should maximize tire life.
