        Hit a curb - need help w/ replacement part

        As you can see in this photo, I cracked the black plastic part that hangs just below the front spoiler on the left side. Can anyone tell me if I found the correct diagram for parts and if I need part #13 or 14 in the diagram shown here: http://www.realoem.com/bmw/showparts...27&hg=51&fg=75,

        ...and is replacing this part an easy fix for a 'novice' mechanic?
