Running Rich w/ Dinan Softare/SES light

Just got my car back from the dealer to check SES light and change front door seal. dealer (non-dinan dealer) indicates that my car is running too rich (default codes indicate the same)--also you can smell that it is burning too rich. i have dinan stage 1 software upgrade coupled w/ b&b exhaust. dealer's advice is to take the car back to the dinan auth. dealer and have them check the software. they don't want to touch my computer because they are not dinan authorized.

has anybody encountered a problem w/ running too rich before and does anybody have any views on whether it is related to dinan software?

        thanks, steveB

I have heard of cases where the download for those who added Cold Air Intakes was mistakenly loaded instead of the regular one. This would make the car run rich.

Is your power down as a result of running too rich?
