GREEN E39 M5 in ASTORIA QUEENS NEW YORK

i'm looking for an M5, AGAIN and this M5 caught my eye back in the fall when i was still looking for my first M5. anyway i dunno if this is priced low or high, since i was looking at cars with <40k mls and they were easier to price, it's really close by "1mile" and i wanted to go take a look at it...it's a two owner: the first lived in PA and put on 68k miles by 03' and it doesnt bother me much since everything in PA is kinda like out in LI and you do have to drive to get anywhere so the 15k+ a year isn't a concern and also the 2nd owner has owned it for about 3yrs 9mnths and put on an average of 1800/yr =74000+miles from the carfax i'm assuming it's a post 04/00 build date since it was imported in JUNE of 2000

YES it's going for a PPI if i buy it, that's not an issue i'm just looking to see where this guy is on price, because if there's things like {rear end leaks & power steering leaks...haven't seen one m5 without one of these problems}I will discount at least 2/3's the value to repair the issue and i don't wanna be a dick and bring him down to some rediculous price...basically is this guy priced too low for this approach to pricing?

the pictures show a very clean car, but i can't tell if they are recent
