Interesting question and one that we have already discussed here. From what I know, those of us that have the TV tuner (which also has an A/V input) could possibly use the display for what you described. But (and it is a big one) - when you select the AV channel on the TV tuner and display something on the screen, I don't think you can de-couple the display and the external source? in other words?, I am not sure you can watch the display with your MP3 pattern AND also listen to the music at the same time? The first real problem with this is the TV Tuner's audio input is MONO only!! ARGHH!!!
If anyone else can shine some more light on this, pls jump in?
