Wiper adjustment?

I am having a small issue with my wiper on the driver side making a noise that sounds like it is hitting the edge of the windshield trim at the top of the wiper stroke. It only seems to do it at speeds over about 45 MPH. When the car is parked and I turn the wipers on, there is no noise and the wiper stops just short of reaching the edge of the windshield.

Is there any way to adjust where the wiper stroke ends its movement?

Thanks

Take the entire arm off and rotate it 1 notch on the knob. This isn't really "adjusting", it is more like "installing correctly".
