RealOEM is confusing on this. There are different part numbers depending on when the car was produced (see the production dates - before or after 10/1999). Regardless of all that, there are four solenoids for each bank, two per cam, but they all four come as one part. But since you have two banks per engine, I guess that's why they list a quantity of 2. So although only your exhaust solenoids have failed, you will be replacing all four of them. I went through this myself in September (a search will find my very frustrated and confused posts as I didn't have a clue what I was doing).
