Slight bubbling

I need to get some minor bubbling sorted before it gets out of control.

Firstly, the ends of the black rear window frames, I think this is relatively common. Is it worth replacing them, or shall I get the shop to rub down, treat and repaint? Currently bubbling is small, no more than 0.5" long.

Secondly is the roof "channel", just next to the corner of the windscreen rubber. Same amount of bubbling, but am I right that this can't be replaced, it's part of the chassis?

Bubbling

This is very common. The strips are called shadowline and are made of aluminum. They clip on and off. Here in the UK you can get the set on E Bay for £250
