Battery Problems/wierd codes

ok thursday my batery died after having the flashers on for about 15-20 minutes. enough to not b able to start the car,but not all the way as to reset the clock and radio friday it died again a it was being washed, had to push start. this morning it started fine but after i went to work for about four hours the car had to be push started again.

i pulled this codes:
06 - Timeout SMG-CAN
6A - Brake light switch
A2 - “Crankshaft/Camshaft position correlation, Cyl #5-8”

this codes i pulled fter the car acted all weird, the fuel gage went to empty but i had a full tank. the outside temp said -40. after a while both readings slowly came back to normal.

is my battery on it's last legs or is my brake light swith sticking and draining the battery.

TIA

Via the onboard computer you can check your voltage. When my battery started to have problems, the car acted weird as well. Not like your is, but definitely weird.

The battery is 6 years old, so it's time for a new battery. Replace battery and see if codes and problems still persist. The CPS code is the CPS sensor gone bad. Rather easy fix, common problem. Sensors are consumables that will need replacing sooner or later.
