This Board is Awesome....
Had a problem with the fan on my auto climate control. Posted the issue on here on Monday. Through the advice of fellow board members and searching, it was diagnosed as the Final Stage Unit that needed replacing. Ordered the part for $70 shipped. Received it today and followed the DIY instruction to replace it. VOILA!!!! It works again!
Thanks all! A 15 minute DIY job costing only $70 which I know would be at least $200 at the dealer. What a deal!
Thanks all!
Brent

A goldmmine of information, really. And not just robotic information, no one seems to be giving the "holier-than-thou" attitude at all, which is very refreshing.

You've got to love the board.
There are members sites for almost every car and if people took the time to search them they would find that most usual problems can be sorted a lot cheaper.

Owning an M5 is not just owning a car... it is entrée to a whole new way of wasting time (as part of the M5board community!)
