Help with speeding ticket(s) in LA, CA
Well, October has been a very bad month for me, as I have gotten 2 speeding tickets both handed to me courtesy of the California Highway Patrol. I am desperately seeking some help or guidance, as I had a prior ticket in July which I fought with Trial by Declaration and was found guilty.. so I am still requesting a in court trial now. My record has been clean for the past 5 years until July and now Oct.
The situation for both October tickets are same with the exception of one given at 9am in the morning going to work and one given at 9:30pm coming home. Both times the CHP officer does not have me on radar/laser, both times the officer did NOT pace my car, both times they claimed to see me speeding because I was traveling faster then other cars, and both times when they pulled me over I was NOT speeding.
The morning citation the officer claimed he saw me speeding 3 miles back from the place he stopped me and put down 95+ as my approx speed and cited me for cvc 22349(a). The night ticket the officer just claimed I was going a faster than other car and put down 84 as my approx speed and cited me for cvc 22349(a).
What should I do on these 2 new tickets?? Should I do trial by declaration again?? or should I just goto court?? or should I hire a traffic lawyer?? I dont think the last 2 ticket the CHP officers had any case against me especially when both tickets were given only based on visual guesstimation of my speed, and when they pulled me over I was doing the legal speed limit and driving with the flow of traffic.
Anyone in LA County have similar experiences they can share or help me with??

So I think I am going to have to goto court and try to disprove the laser readings as inaccurate. I am just kinda worried about these 2 Oct tickets as they are 84 and 95+ .

Wouldnt you rather prove that the reading is inaccurate? or disprove that is acurate?

I know a guy thats beat 2 speeding tickets with a written declaration and help from ticket assassin. I unfortunately, recently lost 2 using the same techniques. I have all the templates and tips that ticket assassin sells. Not sure how to give them to you. I guess I can cut and post em here, or send me and email address if you want.

Thanks for the offer, but I already am a member and used their methods for the July ticket and lost.. which is the reason why I am seeking opinions on what to do with these 2 new ones with the officer citing me for speeding based only on their visual guesstimations.

Hi nicegsxr,
Here is one web site that has a lot of info on how to fight ticket:

We're so close by. I'm in the south of Garfield by the Fwy 60. We should get together sometimes.

I've used this method three times and won!
Ok, once the cop didn't show up. But twice I used methods directly from this book and won.
