Real Simulator with real car

Not sure if this is a repeat,

I just came across this by accident pretty cool if you ask me.
If there is one nearby I would surely be tempted to try it

Thta is pretty cool, but it would be great if they could pump in some Real Rubber smell, and some Brake and Clutch smell, and while they're at it, some pain receptors placed on the skin so if one gets into a crash, you get some pain response...
