Stop Tech or Brembo BBK guys, my S-T logo and paint is fading .....
Hi Guys, I took notice today that my front right side S-T BBK brake caliper which is red in color is significantly fading including the S-T name/logo. The other three calipers are fine as its just the one. Has anyone experienced this and if so what did you do and or can be done to remedy the situation? Thanks you.

my brakes are stock. and the previous owner had the front calipers painted red. i think it looks kinda cheesy.

how much would a brembo kit cost me? or stop-tech. and which is better?

I believe the consensus is, that the Stop Tech BBK is an overall better BBK for the beast. Thats why I chose to go with S-T intead of Brembo. Get in touch with ZECKHAUSEN RACING, as he is a board sponsor and a great guy. he deals with Stop Tech BBK.

How about painting them to match your car color ?? Or just keep them the same color..Just a thought instead of getting new stuff for no reason.. But getting new is fun though..

I will try the warranty claim route as I barely put any miles on the brakes/calipers, so maybe Dave at Zeckhausen racing will be able to get Stop tech to do something for me re: warranty replacement. i'll keep you guys posted on the outcome.

My StopTech BBK color is black. I

dont have the color fading problem. I wonder why only on red, or just more noticeable in red.
