My power steering unit is being replaced!

Woohoo!

So as not to resurrect an old thread, here's a link:
My car is hard to steer in tight turns

I took my car in for Inspection 2 and told them about the steering issue. They called and said that they're going to replace the unit and all I have to pay is the $50 CPO deductible.

Now I'm ready to hit the mountains and the track again!

Wonder what this costs without CPO. Im having the opposite problem...at slow parking lot speeds, once in a while the power assist seems to completely go away when making a quick tight turn. Comes back in a second or two, but what worries me is the problem going beyond a simple pump and more the whole servotronic M button thing.
