Hey, everyone. 2000 beast in the shop for hesitation between 4-5k rpm under heavy acceleration. Gotten pretty bad lately. The shop says there is a catalytic converter code but they dont believe thats the problems. They are ordering MAFS for her. Anyone else had a catalytic converter code solved by new MAFS?
Make sure they don't stick you with the dealer cost of new MAFS. When you say shop, do you mean dealer or indy? The dealer will charge you $$$ for new MAFS. MAFS gone bad can throw a variety of codes.

sounds like a good shop going for the most common replacement part on the s62 rather than trying to get you to buy cats.
