My wifes car has been in the shop for a few weeks, and she had to drive to Sacramento yesterday for work, and she took the M5

We had words over the phone as she was driving home (I didn't get to use mine) and hung up a bit miffed (it was about her M3 in the shop, see my other thread about that )

When I got home, we were rushing out the door to go to dinner with friends. When we got back later that night, she went to bed, but I had a couple of things to get done in the garage.

When I got down there, the car was parked, covered, and had been washed...

Yours is actually one step ahead of mine. My wifes idea of washing a car is waiting for it to rain and then driving through the puddles really fast.

My wife not only would have not washed the car, but there would have been a nice dent somewhere on it and the clutch would have been toast. My wife doesn't get to drive the M5.

Can't keep mine away from either one. I try and steer her back to her TL, but she loves driving the beast, especially blacky. Gotta admit, she does look pretty hot in black leather behind the wheel of Diablo. Almost compensates for my anxiety...
