BMW Professional/Radio CD

Just browsing (again) through the options list on the Build Your Own BMW site (UK) and noticed a BMW Professional/Radio CD option at 695 as well as the individual M system at 950. I've ordered the full comms pack so do I get this "Pro" option included or is it an upgrade?

Any input appreciated and here is the photo :-

Now, do want the REALLY bad news? Because you've spec'd the Comms. Pack, you have selected the undeniable pleasure of being the proud owner of - wait for it - a cassette deck behind the widescreen monitor and there is no alternative (unless you spec. out the comms. pack and revert to no screen in favour of the ageing multifunction information display (MID)). OK, there's a 6 CD changer in the boot and the system is the BMW Professional, but you can't even change out the cassette for an MD player. This is the one area where BMW are definitely not in the 21st century; can you even remember when you last purchased an audio cassette???

I've just gone with the Individual M Audio and the Nav/TV option as I don't want the motorola. I guess if you dont have the screen and you want a single cd in the dash then BMW Professional is worth it.

You could search for my previous post on the 'SA752 BMW Individual Hi Fi System' which is what I'm getting. Most people tend to think that it's a waste of money though and they'd rather spend it on a superior aftermarket system (it's your choice).
