Awaiting Transport

My Beast was scheduled for a Week 43 build, which I thought was next week. (In fact, originally it was scheduled for week 44). I was going to check with my dealer tomorrow to see if it really went into production on schedule. However, I happened to sign into the Owner's Circle, and I saw that its status is "Awaiting Transportion"!

What can I expect for a timeframe from this point?

Ours will be on the same boat. Ahhh their first M5 buddies.
It's been about 8 months since I put my deposit down. If nothing else I'm learning patience.

The "Owners Circle" is always behind and is total BS. BMW told me this. Call 1-800-831-1117 (opt. 3). Have your production number or VIN number ready when you call. These guys will have the same information as your dealer. They know everything, you may also want to check with them to see if your options are all in order.

Your car should be a MY2002, not 2001, as your prod. date was Sept/Oct, correct?

BTW, mine is likely on the same ship.
