Calling all S. CA. M5 guys. How about a drive?

All,

As you can see, the N. CA. M5 group is getting together soon for a fun little drive. I have been driving up to their get togethers for the last year. The reason I do this is because it is soooooo much fun and you get to see so many people that are on this board. You will also see the largest concentration of M5's anyware.

You would need to take a day off from work to make this trip. I will leave on a Friday, very early afternoon. (1pm) This way I beat the traffic out of LA. Since I am in Orange County, it takes me a little longer. It is about a 5 to 6 hour drive depending on traffic in LA and the Bay area and how many stops we make.

We spend the night up there for an evening of M5 talk with other N.CA. guys and start out for a great drive on Saturday. Great lanscape and roads.

You will want to bring a camera, two way radios, radar detector and wives and/or girl friends or just friends are welcome.

So what do you think? Want to caravan up with me? You would be back in Southern CA. around 10pm Saturday evening. A long day yes, but worth while. Lets add to the 35 cars we had on the last drive in N.CA.

Let me know so I can schedule meet places in and around LA for the drive up.

Mark

Ok, I am planning on going up when the date is set for the drive in the Bay area. Right now, it looks to be the Nov. the 9th and 10th. If that holds, I will be leaving the early afternoon of the 9th.

I will keep you updated and let you know probably by this weekend. The Northern California guys need to make a decision very soon.
