Problems with 525i e60

Hello i bought bmw e60 2004 flooded i bought some used electornic parts from ebay and part number are diffrent but from same e60 525i i like to know if i give my car to bmw dealer can they reprogram the parts to match with my car?i am still looking for lots of parts please can any1 help me.

these are the list.

I think you dont know anything about the bmws well i know some one who bought the car from auction but dont know personaly and he fixed the car its on the road and working perfectly.
anyway i came in this site for the information i am sure there are smart peoples sitting here.

I don't mean to be rude here, but can you please post in a clear manner what you are you looking to do? I'm a little confused by your first post.
I hope you got the car for a song though. Water and cars don't mix too well.

I don't know how a dealer can "reprogram parts"
Parts is Parts
Purchasing those 20+ items would would seem to cost more than a flooded car will be worth!

anyway thanks for your replys my car problems are solved well i am loooking navigation pro ccc complete system,left side headlight.front left door handel,seat control modul if any one have please let me know.
