Took my car to the authorized BMW dealer and was told: (i) the front rotors need to be changed, (ii) M5 rotors that are warped cannot be fixed. Bavauto.com in the USA told me that the part No. for new rotors are 34-11-2-228-845 for the left and 34-11-2-228-846 for the right. A few days later, BMW in Colombia told me that those part numbers are no longer valid. European spect M5s have "floating" two-piece design rotors for better heat dissipation. US M5s do not have this system. I would appreciate information on what the correct part number is. My car's chasis number is GJ20824.
