South Queensferry would add to the (slim) chance of me being there. And I promise that I'll wear my kilt if I do come.

Stephen, good to hear you can definately make it. C'mon Chas it's only what,...,an hour or so down the road. I'll get your bridge toll, and would definately like to see that Scarab B10 in the flesh, or the B8, or the BT etc etc.
I will be without M5 as it is in storage pending dampers, although I'm tempted to chance it, however, I get the impression that Nynke and her sister are keener on the town centre, hopefully she will clarify soon.

OK, for those who are interested, all welcome etc,
I suggest we meet at The Rutland Bar, 3 Rutland Street, West End, Edinburgh, @ 7.30pm. we can get food there up to 10pm or go to La Piazza for Italian fayre around 8 - 8.15, I'll book a table there which I can cancel if we prefer to eat at the bar. There after we can go for a wonder around the pubs in the Grassmarket (they dont sell grass there btw, you'll need to bring your own....), or stay in the Newtown, Nynke's sister is probably more familiar with pubs etc than me.
At present we've got - Me, Nynke + Sister, Nebpor (car health allowing) and possibly S. Kerr and Brian M5, like I said anyone else is more than welcome... I might even stretch to buying a round!
Cheers.

I'm really tempted. It's a good two hours from here and it really depends on whether Mrs Chas will give me a pass...

Ok - more bad news. I've just been ordered to London for the rest of the week to help with an urgent bid for some work - have to leave first thing tomorrow.

Really can't help this - so I have to pull out.

I'm as gutted as anyone :-(
