Of those 3 track , personally , I would go for Snetterton . It is relatively long , with a couple of decent straights and a decent variety of bends . If you can perfect the lines around there you can absolutely fly !
I personally feel that Brands is a touch too short , unless they are running the full circuit ?!
I must admit to never having raced at Oulton Park and my experience of Brands and Snetterton is based on racing a Yamaha 250 LC around them .
Also , should you decide to go to Snetterton , you can pop round your m8 , DaveyO's for a tea on your way home !

Purely on the track quality, I would plump for Oulton since it is a technically demanding, but very rewarding circuit. For a video lap of the full circuit, try this link http://www.stevecarter.com/smallworld.WMV (my friend Steve Carter doing the driving, Louis Armstrong doing the singing!). Also Oulton is a lot closer to Stourbridge than Snetterton or Brands.
Another thing to try and find out is how many cars will be attending each day. Circuit hire costs vary, and often an organiser has to pack a lot of cars onto the more expensive circuits to cover those costs. Brands with 20 cars is going to be more fun than Oulton with 80...
I did my first track day in the 3.6 at snetterton.
It wasn't a novice day, but I took some instruction from Callum Lockie that was very useful. Really enjoyed the track, and the car performed faultlessly!!!
Recently did my first trackday in the M5 @ snetterton.
As others have said it's a good track but hard on the M5 in terms of tyre and brake wear as it's a heavy car.
If it's your first proper outing, i doubt you'll be on the limit to begin with anyways but you may want to concider some fast road pads.
It was suggested to me by the instructor I had that 6-8 hot laps was as much as you should do before the brakes and tyres started to feel the strain, and they were feeling the strain, the tyres were starting to blister!
But you can really stretch the cars legs on the straights and the faster corners suited the M5 well, through the bomb hole to the chicane it was very quick.
I doubt anything will be able to pass you on the straights! I was seeing 130-135, but stopping at the end of the main straight needs big conkers from those speeds!
Brands indy is very short, can't comment on oulton park never been.
Great pic of you in the 3.6 Al......you do realise that leaning over inside the car whilst driving really makes little difference to the cornering ability of an M5 ....it's an M5 Al .....not a Renault 5 !

I think you will find I am simply countering the g-forces being measured by my in-car guage (yellow magic tree!)
also don't forget that the closer to the centre of the car (& cenre of gravity) your head is, the better appreciation of balance you have of the car.
