front end 'dunk' noise

I've got a noise coming from the front end. It happens at low speed when the front weight settles or comes of the front at low speed - mainly the last bit of weight transfer when coming to a stop or just as the front end lightens when moving from rest. Sometimes while moving.

It was diagnosed as the upper track control arms, so they have just been replaced. But it's still there.

I was thinking maybe they were tightened while the weight was still off the wheels.

Any ideas lads?

Cheers

Just checked your rating on the 'independant specialist' thread. Reckon I'll take the chance

When are you free early next week? I'm in Liverpool at the moment, but will be based in the midlands from mid next week. Very happy to come to chezDaz.

Finally someone can give me an opinion on my mods(renewals) from over the last 9 months!

Cheers Daz

T ,

For an extra good time whilst you are there , rub a few Winalot dog biscuits around your crotch area prior to arrival !

Have fun !
