Any 3.6l or 3.8l E34 videos?

Im going to be making my first M5 purchase here in a couple of months. My friend says his Eclipse Rice burner(91' GS) will leave the 3.6l or 3.8l m5 in the dust. Anybody have any videos of the m5 draggin, or spinnin the tires??

I have seen a POS Eclicpse run 12's at our drag strip and this car looks like it has gone thru hell. The owner said he put in around 2 grand for the engine mods and most everything else is stock. That was around 2 years ago and now days I don't see that car anymore (probably because the clutch died and along with the engine) The Eclipse if turbocharged and moded is very fast but then again it is still a Eclipse. As far as any video I believe some of the members on the board might have some I used to have one of a M5 vs some Mercedes but I don't know where it is now.

Well the clock don't lie as they say....

I've run a 14.1 @101mph on a level strip on a clear day in the UK and that's as good as it gets..!!

No getting away from the fact there are faster things on the planet to 60,100 and maybe even 140....

But i take heart in the fact i can do it in style, hang it with the big boys...and dust'em on top speed.

Best wishes,

Alan Archer.

mr impreza (member of the board) has posted a video of an 1/8 mile drag strip beween M5 E34 and his impreza , he claims that he won , but on the video it looks for me like the M5 won , and i'm sure it would have for 1/4 mile , because the impreza is good for fast starts due to its 4WD , use your search function for something like "M5 vs impreza "...

Yep, got the video to work. Did they sell that 360 f1 spyder yet? That clear hood for the engine bay is really nice. Oh and the paddle shifters are nice too. Every car in there is nice. I wonder if I could a job there washing cars, and just live with my brother. That would be nice.
