Expansion tank

Does anyone know if it makes a difference when changing the expansion tank for the radiator wheter or not the new tank has a schrader valve or not? My old one does and the new one I ordered does not. I figured it would not make a difference since I know of other 91 M5s that do not have this valve but now that I am going to change tomorrow I am wondering.

Thanks
