Hick-ups?

Hi everybody!
I own a 1995 M5 since a couple of months. I have noticed that when the engine revs at about 1500 RPM with low throttle, it sometimes gets one "hick-up". It feels like it fails ignition on one of the sparkplugs, doesn't get enough fuel or something like that. It only occurs during a split second and then it resumes "normal operation".
Is this normal or not. All comments are appreciated.
Ps. The engine is standard, not altered with chip or anything else.
