Original chain tensioner diaphragm pictures?

Have anyone picture of an original chain tensioner when installed? The reason Iīm asking this is that can S50B32 chain tensioner be recognized without removing it from engine? I think in my car is one of S50B32 version installed, because there isnīt that "diaphragm thing". I canīt see it, but I can feel it ...only that 32 mm cylinder/piston piece. Some pictures from an original one when installed would clear this thing. I have only seen pictures from that better one and disassembled pictures of the original.

Best Regards, Janne.

Thanks bay from a good and clear picture. So I have then an S50B32 item. Donīt have to buy one and take the current part away from engine only to see it is similar. The previous owner in Germany has done this good update . I think it would be good to check that itīs installed with 70 nm torque and not with the original tensioners 55 nm, because there is some oil leak from the tensioner.

Best Regards, Janne.
