Hi Alan
That pump price is full retail..
You can get them for much less than that.
The Q/H parts must be visible on the Web.
Somebody will have them or can get them.
Depends on your timescales.
At this point, I would get as close to o/e parts in as possible to satisfy yourself that the cooling parts are all a std baseline to work from.

Hi D,

Well I can't find anything about Q/H on the web, only cheaper part i can find is here:

http://www.eurocarparts.com/ecommerc...ch_Results.asp

at £128.74 + VAT - doesn't say if its oem or patent part, but still not exactly a massive saving.

You reckon its worth saving £50 or should I just bite the bullet with £170 bmw part from stealer - or are you saying i should be able to get the oem part for less than £170??

Cheers again!

I'd personally would go for original BMW parts for this one? I phoned my man and the cost was £168.80 inc VAT. (Steve Edwards, Stratstone Maidenhead, tel: 01628 773 730)
