I just supplied the link as requested

Order both and see which one matches your's when you take it out - then return the other. It could also just be a new part number for the same item.

According to the ETK, the part number is:11531315063.
Same number for both my 92 Touring and for a March 95 RHD Sedan.

Regards

Alex

Hi Fellas,

Add an image.
The A behind the first number says "Austauschbar" = Exchangeble for the part number below.

I think the part numer below is newer. But you can stil order the old one. Temperature is the same.

I'll go for the 11 53 7 835 558.

The 11 53 1 315 063 is used only in E34 M5 3.6 and 3.8
The 11 53 7 835 558 is used in E34 M5 3.6, 3.8 AND > E39 M5 / Z8.

In the E39 M5 there was a different thermostat as wel. That one is taken out of order. You can only order the 11 53 7 835 558 for that now.

Cheers, Tomba
