I'm still here, but just looking (does that make me a voyeur?).

As i type like i've got 2 left hands, i only usually contribute when i think ive got something interesting to say,not like the meaningless waffle that some of you lot come out with!

Car not as shiny as before ,but even shinier due to spending another whole day cleaning and polishing prior to attending Bimmerflex 2006 at Hampton Court in July. Not turned a wheel since except to my workshop to fit 2 nitrous purge nozzles with blue l.e.d 's hidden behind the grille !
When operated it looks like a snorting dragon,so stealth and unexpected - it really makes people jump at crossings .Alright i'll say it for you - how bloody childish! (but it looks soooooooo cool)

Would really love to do this as i cant help thinking the extra 85bhp claim is a bit wide of the mark , but the timing (doh - not the ignition timing) is gonna be critical 4 me as i'm always soooooo busy.
Late Sep is prob no good for me ,but i WILL NOT MISS the Ultimate BMW show on Saturday 23rd Sep at Santa Pod Raceway Northants (near Silverstone) - that is provided i get my ongoing clutch problem sorted.

This should be agreat day for all things BMW with max track time (sorry if i'm a bit off topic ) . Lets get some more E34' M5's there and see exactly how quick you and your car are - you'll be pleasantly surprised.

Best wishes

Colin.

I might actually show up. I already know what my car puts down.

Might come along to watch though and take videos.

Can I just confirm with everyone the numbers:
So far we have

madm5
jon baker
legacy260
illjah
hertfordshire1
nilocnut

Anyone else interested in testing their cars performance?

I'm likely going to book Surrey rolling road (KT16 0EE) due to the prices of the others, they say for 5-13 cars it will be £40 per car. Also looking at 30th September, is this ok for everyone. For this we will get bhp/torque at wheels and at the fly, and a fueling graph each.

I was interested depending when it was mate.

Currently, my car has no engine, no gearbox and no diff, i wouldn't expect big power figures without any of that lot!!!
