If your living in the house on the picture?
You should pay the extra money so the the house itself is properly insulated.....
All that Ice hanging from the roof is a bad sign, it's leaking a lot of heat costing you money

Its just an apartment I currently rent. I'd say I pay around $120 average a month for the gas/electric/water combo bill which isnt too extreme. It does look like a shack on the outside though doesn't it It only snowed for 1 day roughly, then it was sunny for the next few days so it sounded like it was raining for awhile when all the snow was melting off. This was Saturday and it was 25-30F outside...its 70F out today...darn psycho weather!
