Aerodynamic packages existed for the E34 and the E39 for sure.

Often they are supplied to BMW dealers by "offical" tuners like AC Schnitzer and are (part of) the existing package the tuners have in their own program. Often customers find BMW spoilers to mild but the complete ACS makeover too extreme or too expensive,so they choose a single spoiler or a set of pedals . Those products are officially listed as dealer options and get BMW approval by the dealer. Its not a factory option though, I strongly doubt BMW Individual to even fit ACS parts.

I would suspect the box shown on the ad with the bonding material to be anything but OEM though.
