Hi guys,

This information isn't on the web anywhere, so as we are the biggest online collection of M5 owners and ex-owners, this seemed a good place to take a sample to be extrapolated up to the total amount of cars built.

Read options before clicking!

I have broken it down to more than just "Factory 8" or 9"", two options only, as it is useful to know the history too.

I have made this sticky and will unstick it in a week or so when the results slow down.

Not going to click yet, as I know mine was originally supplied with turbines, but i bought it with staggered throwing stars on, but I'm not sure if it was supplied with 9J rear turbines or not, I'm assuming not, but will try and find out. It had the 18mm ARB....

Well, Coventry Reds are a type of brick you know - we don't always leave the car resting on the brake discs (unless it's a Ford).

Mine had 8" turbines all around BUT the first owner thought fitting throwing stars would be nicer. Well, it actually is... I've started to like turbines once I've seen 'em in black...

they look wicked in white too on a white car - someone posted a pic of an e30 m3 with white turbines and it looked realy really good IMO.

Old school putting them on bricks! I thought all wheel thieves dropped the car on the belly these days. No respect the kids of today....

P.S. I had a feeling "Coventry Reds" might be bricks, but a quick Google.co.uk search didn't come up with anything except Wrexham football team, so I let it go! lol

I've seen pics of that car. It's just perfect! If I can't avoid buying an M3 E30, I'll definitely be fitting some turbines to it!
