well, this was actually a bit of a finishing touch, simply applying another coat of wax since we almost sanded the paint with cutting compound last time. Plus some of the stonechips etc needed some attention.

Let's just say that's only theoretically possible. E36 mirrors won't fit 540's btw

The A31 from Gronau up north is empty on friday evening, and ist 110 km, so
theoretically it is possible in less then 30 minutes

I now E36 mirros won´t fit, but I do not understand why you mentioned this

Hope the PM clears this

HOLY SH*T!!!!

And there I was swearing about the second microfilter swap in 2 weeks.....

And a non-willing OBC backlight! Oh and the plod did complement about some nice grey colour before explaining that they needed quicker patrol cars and I would have saved money if I had NOT parked in plain sight.....

I drove Steves 540/6 last night and was, and still am, very surprised about the performance. The differens with my former 540A is really big. Steves car has a extremly responce on the throttle wich I always missed on the A version. I really believe it will be strugle to keep him behind me with the M5. And the power on low rev makes it very easy to drift. Thanks for giving me the keys Steve!
