greetings.
well, in my opinion, the car in your gallery looks a bit better. i would'nt go for black taillights and de-badged wheels.
how ever, enjoy you car

car looks nice..Almost thought you had AC/DC on your plate!

Anyways,

try to adjust the petrol filler door, it looks out of color but probably is mounted in a funny angle...

the exhaust...Non-standard? Tips look longer than OEM..perhaps Bastuck?

the gas cap hinge broke a few days ago... i need to go to the junk yard and get a new hinge.

I liked the smoked tailights especially over stock, i think it works well with the black bumper trim and lower valences

oh and i didn't remove the badges on the wheels, i think it fell off... those are my winter wheels, and I have no summer wheels... anybody have a stock set they want to sell?

AD...that's an interesting plate. Correct me if I am wrong but it is...
Privatfahrzeuge von Angehörigen der US-Streitkräfte in Deutschland
Registrierungsstellen des US-Militärs in Deutschland
BTW the thing with your gas filler cap...it happened to my E34 520i as well. Maybe looking at the complete part as opposed to the hinge. But I could be wrong

Very nice looking car. What colour is it?

One other small thing you might want to look at when you get the chance. The M5 badge looks like it is in the wrong position. This would concern me if it was my car as it looks like someone has bought a badge off Ebay and pasted it on a 518i. As you car clearly isn't a 518i, I suspect it might be a good idea to have it re-positioned.

Again, great looking car!

Cheers

I'm very very interested, do they come with or without tires? I'm 3.5 hours from amsterdam so I could pick them up localy as soon as this weekend!

Yes, all AD plates are US military... also if you see the smaller more square plates that start with HK, they are also US military.

I'm also planning on changing the badge position, or just removing it alltogether... I'm waiting on some car cleaning products to arrive from the states. Once they arrive, i'm going to remove the M badge, and roundels, clay bar the car and wax it. Then I'll reposition the badge in the correct location.

I frequent www.S14.net which is a site dedicated to the E30 M3, on there is a diagram on the correct placement of the M3 badge, is there something similar for the E34 M5?
