E34 M System wheels
Hi guys

A weird question for you - I have always wondered what the alloys look like on the first E34s with the covers removed - does anyone have any pics?

Must have too much time on my hands!

there are some good pics on here: http://bmwe34m5.com/faqs/?theme=1&le...nt_id_select=3 of the wheel on its own, and see below for some on a car.

edit: they do offer 10% increase in brake cooling, so if you remove them you lose that. i've added a pic of red one with the throwing stars painted black for a similar effect without losing the added brake cooling.

they have to be added - the bmw badge is on the plastic part of the throwing star cover normally

Hey ho! Gratuitous picture posting opportunity!

Had mine refurbed and done in black paint.

Then finally got bored and added the front turbines back on in black too!

...fitted fancy italian rubber.......

.....became a track GOD.................

and finally....parked up at Halfords and disgraced the Corsa/Rice burning
brigade...

It's a Mini adventure !

Look, Ivan, I think you are a nice guy and you take great effort in E34 M5 stuff..

But to be perfectly honest.

The black wheels are looking a tad too much NASCAR to me..

Please don't burn me with some hilarious Sebring color dislike-jokes mate...
