For those of you interested I was re-united with my car last night after the repairs were finally put right by the second garage...
L77 SHL is looking mighty fine and is very much looking forward to the trip to the ring at the end of the month.
Had to buy another new front tyre (nail and slow puncture) which i was gutted about as I am looking to get rid of the F1's in view of all the bad press and when a fellow member pointed out that "they are OE on 206 cc's" and go back to the pilot sports that used to wrap the alloys...

Just had my tyres sorted out and am looking forward to the forthcoming weekend.
Can't decide whether to take a spare set of rear tyres that i have kicking around in the garage?

Don't worry Steve, get the pictures posted, nobody can find them now anyway!. Everyone should have a picture of their car on the board, you can never have enough pictures of M5's IMO.
