Dyno Figures from today's dynojet run

So I dynoed today.

max 286.5 HP @ 7200RPM
max torque 254.8 @ 3700 RPM

These numbers are to the wheels of course.

Numbers were a little less than I hoped for. But a cat-back B&B tri-flow exhaust coming soon might bump me closer to 300 at the wheels. Also I am going to examine my ecu to see if indeed I have a Dinan chip.

Thats all folks!

Very good #s (sound like is chiped)

Don't be "naive" the cat-back exhaust wan't give you more than 2-4hp. the only thing might bump you closer to 300 is Hi-flow cats and straight pipes. I've been there done that.

Not bad! How did you get an image of the dynojet screen? I have a dynojet file that the shop gave me, but it is incompatible with my viewer.

the green is similar to mine as well. At the time it had a dinan chip and nothing else i believe. Either way it did 280.8 hp and 248.6 tq to the rear wheels. At a 16% drivetrain loss that equals about 334 bhp and 296 ft lbs of tq. Similar power to E46 M3's, only more weight to push around..
Id like to dyno the car and see what it puts down with the high flow cat, eisenmann race exhaust, powerchip, and K&N intake

Now that you mention m3's:
Yesterday I was on the freeway, and I was with my girlfriend, and I saw behind me a silver CSL e46 m3 (with tasteful suspension lowering and an exhaust), weaving his way through light sunday traffic......he was getting chased by a early 2000's beefy mustang cobra, and I just couldnt resist so I dropped the hammer to p[lay with them.
Easily catching and passing the american crap, I had that m3 on my sights, I caught him quickly because he slowed down, and gave me a big smile and a nod, we were doing about 80.
3....2.....1.....we both accelerated, I dropped it into third redlined, and into fourth he slowly dissappeared into my blind spot, then i saw him in my mirror and so on, I slowed at about 135 (and had plenty more). Back down to a safe speed, and he caught up and had the biggest look of amazment!

Your numbers look good. Its a shame you have to run on West coast gas. If you have not had a chip made up I would strongly recomend one as you have done a bit of work to the motor and a good remap should help get the power up.
