Which repair manual to get?

I assumer the Bentley is what everyone one is using. I've found the E34 generic 5 series one. Does this cover all the M specifics too??

Thanks,

Nix

I dont think there is any publicly available manual that covers all the M5 specifics.. sadly..
Only the dealers micro-fische and such..

There is a BMW cd-rom, with some engine details, but far from complete..
I have bought it, it was about 100 Eur here in Denmark incl 25% Vat, but i cant share as its under current copyright (not outdated yet).

Ic, thank you Donati. The generic 5 series one is probably the best resource otherwise though?

I have the generic E34 5 series Chilton book and the electronic version of the Bentley manual, of the two the Bentley manual is definitely better. I downloaded the Bentley manual from this post

Downloadable Bentley Manual inside

Regards
