EDC Control switch

Hi All

I have a 92 E34 M5 Touring and am new to this forum.

I am hoping someone out there will be able to help.

I have fitted an EDC control switch to my car (using info gained from this forum - thanks). How should the lights work ?

At the moment the green light for the mode selected (P or S) only lights briefly when the ignition key is in position 2. Is this correct or should the light remain on all the time ?

Any help would be gratefully appreciated.

welcome to the board sir!

- I still cannot locate the wiring for my EDC switch - all advice so far has not materialised in the connection of my ADC switch and the phantom wiring loom - that so annoyingly seems to be eluding my best efforts at finding.

Can anyone tell me what colour it is??

Re: EDC Control switch

I had a feeling the light should be on all the time !

Any ideas what might be wrong ? (i have tried disconnecting the battery leaving for 20 mins and reconnecting)

I couldn't find the wire behind the foglight switch so i removed the instrument cluster & found the connector lurking behind there (can't remember the colour of the wires but will have a look later and let you know).
