SHOCKING!

L77 SHL has repaid my constant care and attention, not to mention the thousands of pounds spent in maintenance, by failing its MOT.

One of the rear units is leaking (perhaps explaining the poor stability lately).

The others are being checked now, so at best it will be one new unit plus 2 new rear springs....

happy christmas!

Nicola (my wife) is gonna go mental!

But on the positive side—can't you tell I'm an optimist—you will benefit from that wonderful 'as new' suspension feel for a couple of weeks until you get used to it.

Mate
All those pms/ phone calls & meets round my house still does'nt take away the sting when this happens.

Get it straight & the parts on from Lind & just consider a cheaper runner for daily jaunts on the A1.
Save the old girl for the weekend.

Regards
Farrell

Re: SHOCKING!

I rode a VTR1000 through last winter, I can highly recommend it - but don't let anyone in a blue van knock you off.

I'm shopping around for a TL1000S as we speak!

Andy,

You're a braver man than me - my VTR1000 only comes out in the summer - I don't fancy the other leg being metal-plated as well !!
