Vibration through clutch pedal

Hey guys, Today i took her out for a decent highway romp before she was goin to bed, and on my way home, my CEL came on. I pulled over, and I noticed my clutch pedal was giving me a vibration, but only when my heater fan is on. I'm very confused, and I tried the stomp test for the CEL code and it wasnt working for me, any suggestions?

Thanks

Re: Vibration through clutch pedal

So that problem went away..... I replaced the battery because I believe my last one had a dead cell in it. That went smoothly, and now I'm still having this intermittent CEL issue. Warming it up yesterday, it gave me "check control", so I took out the little box in the fusebox and gave her a little slap and put it back in and that went away. The car feels like it's running very roughly, perhaps underpowered somewhere in the charging system? The stomp test is yielding 1231, battery voltage/dme main relay, and I'm really not sure how to narrow down this issue. Alternator? Battery? something?? Anybody have ANY suggestions?

Thanks
