Post Heated rear seats \ rear door sun blinds

Any body out there know part numbers or where i can get a heated rear seat kit or the individual parts and rear door sun blinds, for my 1995 M5 in black buffalo hide? I'm sure i've seen these in an M5 but my two local BMW dealers think not! I've got heated front seats in my car and wonder if i could adapt a heated front seat kit if i cant get a rear one? But what about the wiring loom, connectors ect? My very elderly rear passenger will be thrilled if i can keep her nice and warm! Any help \ advice much appreciated.

Hi John,
Maybe I can help with some parts.
On my recently crashed 535, there is a manual rear window blind, on an anthracite rear shelf. Both are NEW (2 months). I also have the rear door upper mouldings (black vinyl), with the shades built in. The small shades for the quarter windows are long gone, as they are crap from the factory...
If you are interested in some of the mentionned parts, let me know.
Regards, GeorgeK

Hi George, thanks for your reply. Yes i am interested in the door side blinds, but not the rear blind, as i already have one. But can you enlighten me first, are they a seperate part from the door panel(it sound like they are),does the blind clip on to something on the roof lining, what year of car are they off, will they fit my 95 do you think as i know there were different types of door panal fitted, some with wood trim some with out and finally, are they in nice condition? From your discription, i'ii pass on the quarter light ones! Look forward to hearing from you. John

Hi John,
I'll go and check on the car this weekend, at the garage. I can't remember if the top moulding is separate from the door panel. If yes, then there's no problem. You take your moulding off, and you put mine on, The shade is INSIDE the moulding.. There are two small clips at the top of the door frame.
I'll check that and keep you posted.
George

Thanks George, i'ii wait to hear from you. I've just remembered why i recognised your name, you got hold of those motorsport handles as i recall. Did you have the last pair? If not, where did you get them from, my dealer cant seem to find anything, and i like the sound of those.

Hi John,
I'm leaving now to see/work on my 535. I'll tell you later today about the shades.
The Motorsport handles I got from my Dealer. He could order them without problem. If you want I can ask him. He'd need the chasis number, tough (for the locks).

John,
I checked the car. The moulding is black vinyl and seems a separate piece from the door panel, meaning it should retrofit into your car. There are 2 small clips that screw into the top of the window frame (plastic frame).
If you want them, let me know, by mailing me at georgeskromp@hotmail.com.
