Conversion to rear bucket seats with center console?

Does anyone have an exact list of parts needed to convert my black leather bench seat to the 2 seat plus center console configuration?

I have a 1991 M5 with black rear buckets and might be interested in going to a bench seat for 3 person capacity. I'm in Michigan. Where are you located? My direct e-mail is postcardd@ccnmail.com. Regards, David
