Strange expierence, steering while accelerating hard...
I had a wierd feeling in my car today, and I think it has possibly happened 2, perhaps 3 times before.
While accelerating hard, 100mph or so, I found the steering was quite difficult to keep straight. (That gust of wind feeling)
Now normally when at speed, the car drives straight as anything else I have ever driven, at lower speeds etc (30mph or so), it does have a tendancy to wander, sometimes to the left and others to the right.
But when this happens at speeds of 100mph or so, when accelerating it can be quite off-puting. Last time it happened, I put it down to the camber of the road, as I was accelerating up a slip road and jumping lanes, so that is perhaps one explination.
Frightening stuff...

For the sake of Safety and your life, you should probably have your car check out mechanically (steering? front suspension?), just a suggestion as I've had my M5 between 100 - 160 numerous times, even with side winds and I"ve never experience drifting, M5 are like missiles at the speed, straight and true unless given input by the driver or the missile computer.
