Weak excuse for indulgent pictures

I had a day out yesterday to Curborough Sprint Course near Lichfield. We hired the track for half a day:

Me (E34 M5 LE)
Ben (E39 M5)
Neil (E36 M3 Evo)
Paul (E38 735i Auto) !!
Robin (mod'd E30 325i)

There were some fast timed laps, then some laps just for fun - swapping cars for comparison's sake.

Neil set a faster time in the E34 than in the E39!

I set the fastest time on the long course, in the wet at 58 seconds for a flying lap.

Pictures of the slow-but-fun line:

And this one, whilst parked, just before the cats set fire to the grass

Cheers!

This is my first new set, bought in June. At around 7000 miles later, they're about half worn.

So you like my red knob too! It's actually the original BMW cover, moulded roundel on the top an' everythin'!!

The next time I go, I can pick one up for you if you'd like. They're available in three different sizes and a handful of colours. My tailgate has the medium size, but the small one is a bit more discreet.

Let me know!
